He was investigated by Luzerne County SPCA and the Nanticoke City Police Department for beastiality. This is true and I witnessed this on /21 at night. I am his westward facing neighbor. David Yokavonis Sr of 367 East Grand Street Nanticoke PA 18634 Luzerne County PA was the seen of an overdose that I personally witnessed. I am his eastward facing neighbor. His son Matthew Yokavonis handed the Luzerne County EMS worker the jacket of the barely alive victim who was wheeled out of the residence on a gurney.

2025 February anyone?

The above mentioned incident allegedly occurred at the residence of David Yokavonis, at 367 E Grand St, Nanticoke, PA, 18634. Matthew Yokavonis was also present at the resident and is the son of David Yokavonis.

I was inside of my place of residence, looking outside of my upstairs hallway window,checking on the status of the inclimate February weather. The upstairs hallway window is east facing and is in direct view of David Yokavonis 's home,facing east. I witnessed an ambulance parking outside of Yokavonis 's residence and two EMS workers emerged. A EMS worker wheeled a gurney out of the ambulance and headed to the southern portion of the property. The EMS worker was having difficulty pulling the gurney, because there was about three inches of harden,frozen snow on the ground. As the EMS worker approached the back of the residence, he looked up at the upstairs balcony and looked horrified, as he noticed that the upstairs balcony lacked safety barriers and railings. I presume he may have noticed an alleged code enforcement violation. The EMS worker pushed the gurney to the basement door. A few minutes later, the EMS worker emerged and was pushing an unconscious woman away from the residence. The woman had long blonde hair, appeared to be around 28 years old and may have been around 5'8".The woman was unresponsive and her eyes were closed. As the EMS worker wheeled the unconscious woman into the ambulance, Matthew Yokavonis appeared on the front porch of the residence and yelled that he had the woman's jacket. A second EMS worker went to the front porch and took the jacket from Matthew Yokavonis. The ambulance left and headed east , out of East Grand Street.

I am writing out of concern ,regarding the safety and well being of the above mentioned woman. I do not know if she survived the alleged incident that I witnessed, or if she had sustained medical injuries. I regret not reporting the incident that I witnessed and this has haunted me for years.
