DISTURBED’s DAVID DRAIMAN Proposes To Girlfriend Onstage At Sacramento Show (Video)

During their Sacramento, California concert on Friday night (May 9), DISTURBED frontman David Draiman proposed to his girlfriend live on stage.

The surprise proposal unfolded near the end of the set at Golden 1 Center, just before the band launched into “The Light”—a fitting choice from the ongoing Sickness 25th Anniversary Tour. As the stage lights dimmed and anticipation swelled, Draiman invited Sarah Uli out to join him under the spotlight.

Sarah, my love, you have made my life so much better. You are the light in the darkness for me,” he said into the mic. “I love you more than anything I have ever loved in this world, and it would be the absolute pinnacle of my life and my existence…”

Draiman then reached into his pocket, pulled out a small box, and got down on one knee. “Sarah Uli, will you marry me?” he asked.

Without hesitation, Sarah nodded yes, and Draiman slid the ring onto her finger as fans cheered wildly.

“In case you didn’t hear,” Draiman said to the crowd with a grin, “she said ‘yes’.”

He then gently directed his fiancée back to the wings. “Go ahead and join the rest of your family, sweetheart.”

Draiman first went public with his relationship with Sarah Uli in January 2024, following his separation from his wife less than a year prior.
