Thrown (stylized in lowercase or uppercase) is a Swedish hardcore punk and metalcore band formed in 2019, and are signed to Arising Empire. The group consists of vocalist Marcus Lundqvist, guitarists Johan Liljeblad and Andreas Malm, and drummer/producer Buster Odeholm (Humanity's Last Breath and Vildhjarta).
The band released their debut album, Excessive Guilt (stylized in uppercase), in August 2024, consisting of 11 songs in a total length of just over 20 minutes.
