Wow….so fun to watch my band Creed! Saw them so long ago in 2002 in Fargo, ND and Jerry Cantrell from Alice In Chains opened up for them just days after Layne’s death…I was also a member of the “Creed Pit” message board as “Stappchick”…we even made a Creed Pit Cookbook I still have! To be that young again! Was happy to see Flip come out at the end of the concert but a little surprised they played no songs from Full Circle…another awesome album from November 2009.

I think cameras distort sound quite a bit. How did he sound live? There were a lot of spots that he sounded flat. But i think it was just the camera audio. From what ive heard he still sounds amazing.
The choice of snare drum sounds dreadful. Sounds so dead.
I'm no judge on technicals but from the first time I heard them, it's been a spiritual connection and experience …

Do yourself a favor and go see the show if it comes to your town. Last time I saw them live was in 2000 and they are twice as good today as they were then. Other than Metallica as the best rock show I went to this year. Scott Stapp had really turned his life around and his voice today is better than its better been. He hit every single note PERFECTLY. Everyone left that show amazed and in such good spirits. All the people that hate on Creed is just he side they think it’s the “in” thing to do. Same think with bands like Nickelback. Simple fact is they’re amazing musicians and make great music PERIOD. You’ll know what i’m talking about if you go watch them live this year.
