FASTER PUSSYCAT Vocalist TAIME DOWNE’s Fianceé Dies After Falling Overboard On The 80s Cruise

Faster Pussycat vocalist Taime Downe‘s fiancée Kimberly Burch has sadly died after falling overboard on The 80s Cruise. The cruise is currently taking place between February 27 and March 6 aboard the Royal Caribbean’s Adventure Of The Seas.

According to Burch‘s mother Carnell Burch by way of a TMZ report, Burch got into a heated argument with Downe shortly before going overboard. The incident occurred on the first day of the cruise about 20 miles away from Freeport, Bahamas. Both the Coast Guard and the Royal Bahamas Defense Force searched for Burch, but to no avail.

TMZ further reported that it remains undetermined if Burch jumped, was forced overboard, or fell. Carnell mentioned that Burch was drinking which was “Out of character” for her, but didn’t think anything else was amiss.

On the incident, a Royal Caribbean Group spokesperson said: “Our crew immediately launched a search and rescue effort, is working with local authorities, and we are providing support and assistance to the guest’s family during this difficult time. To respect the privacy of our guest’s family, we have no additional details to share.”
