Guitarist Spencer Hazard Parts Ways With Full of Hell

Full Of Hell has announced the departure of founding guitarist Spencer Hazard after 16 years with the band. In a statement, Full Of Hell explained that the decision to part ways was a difficult one, and they have requested that everyone respect Hazard‘s privacy during this time.

The band took to their social media to break the news, writing: “Hey everyone, today we announce that Spencer Hazard is no longer a member of Full of Hell,” Full Of Hell on their social media stated. “While this was a difficult decision to make, we are very thankful for the 16 years of dedication and a truly prolific amount of records together.

“We encourage you to continue supporting Reaper’s Gong, as well as Industrial Hazard and his other solo and production projects. We appreciate your support and respect for our and his privacy regarding this matter. We are all excited and optimistic for the future, so thank you for your ongoing support.”

Hazard also released a statement, elaborating on his departure: “After almost 17 years, I am no longer a part of Full of Hell. It was decided that it’s in everyone’s best interest for us to go our separate ways. I’m sad, but I think this is necessary for my personal growth.

“Being part of Full of Hell has given me the opportunity to travel the world, meet many friends and heroes, and work with or play shows with numerous musicians and artists who have shaped me into the musician I am today. During my time away from the band, I’ve been working on addressing my personal struggles that have prevented me from fully engaging with the band.

“I’ve also been working on overcoming the issues that have kept me from traveling abroad, and I hope to experience playing overseas again with future bands. I want to emphasize that my recent medical episode has no connection to my departure from the band, so please refrain from jumping to conclusions.

“Although I’m leaving Full of Hell, I’m not done with music. I’m going to focus on Reaper’s Gong and bring it to its full potential, with plans to take the band on the road in the near future. I’ll also continue working on Industrial Hazard and other solo projects, and I’ve started exploring production and composition work for other bands.

“I’d like to extend my gratitude to @factotumtx for believing in me and offering help with an upcoming release. Thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout the years, and I appreciate your continued support in the future.”
