If you aren’t already on the Johnny Booth hype, it might be time to stop sleeping on them. Not that they’re a small band, by any means. The New York hardcore group has been kicking about the heavy scene since 2008.
And now they’re bouncing back with their debut single of 2025, “Get Well Soon.” Shared with an accompanying vintage VHS-style music video that you can check out below, the video features a whole distorted images motif and Y2K typography. On this fresh cut, Johnny Booth returns with a song of ultimate disruption. From frontman Andrew Herman’s beckoning screamo vocals to the song’s intense slam metal production, “Get Well Soon” commands an audience.
This new song follows the band’s Johnny Booth on Audiotree Live EP, which they dropped in 2024. Previous to that, the group shared their heavy metal third studio album Moments Elsewhere in 2023.
Last month, the band announced that they’ll be joining metalcore quintet We Came As Romans, on the road for their Bad Luck World Tour, alongside special guests, After The Burial and Currents. That run will start this coming July, with dates running until August 23. You can pick up your tickets now.
