Loathe Return with First Single in Three Years, “Gifted Every Strength”

Today, British metal band Loathe has returned with their first single in three years. Having spent the last four years on the road with Korn, Glassjaw and Knocked Loose, fans can finally get excited about what Loathe has in store for 2025.

After a long break, the band is back with a new hard-edged release. Clocking in at just over six minutes in length, “Gifted Every Strength” boasts complex dynamics complimented by incredible production. Couple everything with frontman Kadeem France’s versatile vocals and “Gifted Every Strength” immediately takes listeners on a journey from start to end.

In 2020, the band released their sophomore album, I Let It In and It Took Everything. This genre-fluid record was a critical moment in Loathe’s career, as it showed immense progress from the band’s 2017 debut effort The Cold Sun. Weaving between prog and nu metal, I Let It In and It Took Everything was a raw and innovative project that offered a glimpse at the rapid trajectory of success they were about to embark on following its release.

The band are currently on tour with Spiritbox and has apparently already premiered the song while on tour. Loathe are hitting the road with Korn and Gojira this September. You can find all of their live dates below and get your tickets today.
