A major highlight of Deathmatch is Lotta’s vocal prowess. Her background in jazz lends an unexpected sophistication to her clean melodies, but it’s her transition into throat-shredding screams that truly sets her apart. There are echoes of Taylor Momsen’s sultry croon here, but when she lets loose, she roars with a ferocity that demands attention.
