The UK’s most mysterious black metal horde, Nine Covens, return in 2012 with their new album ‘…On The Dawning of Light’ on Candlelight.

Upon completion of the album, Nine Covens enlisted the talents of acclaimed video producer Tom Cronin (Orange Goblin, Vision of Disorder) to help them realise the visuals for the albums first single ‘As Fire Consumes’.

Building on the themes of their first album, the single explores how humanity might wise up to the systems of power that perpetuate humanity’s subjugation, and how we might use our collective ‘fire’ to ‘consume’ the metaphorical ice that has bound us for so long.

‘…On The Dawning of Light’ is released this November via Candlelight
