Original ALICE COOPER Band Reunites For First Album In 50 Years

More than five decades later, the surviving members of the original ALICE COOPER band — Alice Cooper, Michael Bruce, Dennis Dunaway, and Neal Smith — have reunited to record a brand-new studio album.

Scheduled for a July 25 release through earMUSIC, The Revenge Of Alice Cooper features a notable contribution from the late Glen Buxton, the COOPER guitarist who passed away in 1997 at 49. His presence is felt on the track “What Happened To You,” which originated from a riff on an old demo tape he created with Dunaway. Additionally, the limited-edition box set includes Return Of The Spiders 2025, a newly remixed version of a song from the COOPER group’s 1970 album, Easy Action.

Longtime Alice Cooper collaborator Bob Ezrin, known for his work with the COOPER group on classic albums like 1971’s Killers, 1972’s School’s Out, and 1973’s Billion Dollar Babies, also produced The Revenge Of Alice Cooper. Ezrin has a history of helming numerous solo albums for Cooper as well.

The first single from the 14-track album, “Black Mamba,” is set to premiere today, Tuesday, April 22, on Cooper‘s syndicated radio show, “Alice’s Attic.” The track also features a guest appearance by Robby Krieger of THE DOORS.
