seen this concert on our old square tube tv’s, but I thought it was cropped and originally filmed in 16:9 format?…it does look good, maybe imax would be best to see it in 🧐🎸
the best concert ever recorded.. the magic here, music, video, band, without people, is a gift for life. nobody defeat this moment. for me is a treasure to keep inside.. Volcano eruption buried the city and amphitheatre in 79 AD. 1823 the amphitheatre was unburied and cleared out. And October 1971 Floyd arrived to put on a performance for the first time in 1,892 years.
Why is it not available in the halls in Türkiye? Please do what is necessary!

I have been waiting for this day since I stumbled on the curiosity of this faded & tattered vhs tape in the adult section of our video rental shop in 1994. I got 2/3 of the way through Echoes, hit pause, drove back into town and bought a black & white Stratocaster, beginning a 30 year obsession with this band and music in general. I am so glad they brought the highs of the percussion back in this mix, Nickys massive cymbal washes are part of what makes this sound so explosive. If I can finally see this clearly and on a huge screen, I can finally die happy. thank you thank you thank youuuuu
