If you were expecting to see Mongolian folk metal band The Hu last night, sorry bruhs. They had to cancel their Toronto, Canada show same day, and it obviously surprised ticket holders.
Citing “unforeseen circumstances” as the reason, The Hu took to Instagram to express the remorse they had for nixing shit so last minute. Since they’ll still be performing their Quebec show tonight at the Videotron Centre, we hope whatever the reason was isn’t very serious. They were supposed to perform with Iron Maiden, who they’re currently on tour with alongside The Funeral Portrait.
The Hu’s post read:
“Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to do our show tonight in Toronto, Canada.
“We sincerely apologize to all our fans for the inconvenience this may have caused and ope to make it up to you by returning back soon. Our show in Quebec, Canada on October 27, will continue as planned as well as the rest of the tour.
“We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support for The Hu.”
It’s not yet decided if Toronto ticket holders will be able to transfer their tickets to another date, but for the sake of the fans, let’s hope so. The remaining tour dates for The Hu are listed below.
